Description
For years the only truly cold hardy perennial Verbena we’d found and had growing in our gardens was ‘Homestead Purple’. That all changed with the introduction of the EndurScape Verbenas, cold hardy to USDA Zone 8a. The first verbena that’s hardy in the hottest days of summer, but can take the cold, down to the low teens, and still be there reblooming in spring.
EnduraScape White Verbena isn’t as aggressive as Homestead so it fits well in smaller spaces flowering prolifically on trailing stems that form a dense, ground-hugging carpet maybe 6 inches above the ground. The fragrant pristine white flowers and superior branching create a full habit bursting with blooms to brighten up your garden spring through frost, year round in frost-free climates. Also an excellent spiller plant for container gardens and hanging baskets. Both butterflies and hummingbirds will thank you for planting this one in your gardens!
Landscape & Garden Uses
Growing to about 8 inches tall and spreading to 2 feet or more, EnduraScape White Verbena is an ideal selection for a low border, in groupings or mass plantings, or to cascade over a wall. It is also ideal for growing as a spiller plant in container gardens. That said, when growing in a container, where the roots are exposed to colder air temperatures during winter, the plant may not be as cold hardy. That said, pots can be always be brought indoors when temperatures are forecast to drop below freezing. Otherwise, when growing in the ground, plants are hardy to the low teens and we’ve had reports that plants have come back from the roots with 0 degrees. A fine addition to butterfly and hummingbird gardens, white theme gardens, rock gardens and cottage gardens.
Suggested Spacing: 18 inches apart for mass plantings

Growing Preferences
EnduraScape Pink Fizz Verbena is exceptionally easy to grow in all but constantly soggy soil, which is a killer. It prefers a moist to somewhat dry well-drained soil and as much sun as you can give it for heaviest flowering. No pruning necessary though a mid-summer shearing will encourage heavier flower production for the remainder of the season.

I ordered 5 of these and I am so pleased! Of course they were very healthy plants, but had been trimmed to withstand the shipping, so it took a little while to start blooming. They are the whitest white you can imagine and full of blooms! I am thrilled with their look and so excited that they are perennials!! Wilson Bros. always does it right!———————————————————We are so glad you are pleased and we hope you enjoy your purchase for years to come! Thanks for the kind words and great review! 🙂 Beth Steele | WBG
I ordered 3 packs of 5 white verbena for planting above a rock ledge border. They arrived carefully packed and ready to be planted in their new permanent homes. No flowers yet but the green has started to spread their little arms and are growing bigger. Cannot wait to see how lovely they will be with blooms. Very very nice!———————————————————-Thanks so much for your review. Let us know if there’s ever anything we can help you with. 🙂 – Beth | WBG

I didn’t plant these right away so they were a little dry and wilty when I did but they bounced back immediately and are blooming within a week of being in ground. The dark green leaves look beautiful against the white flowers.————————————-We are so glad you are pleased with your purchase! Thanks for the great review! Beth | WBG 🙂
