Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The original packaging must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Important Note on Live Plants:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, live plants cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This includes all plants listed in our menu: Azaleas, Boxwood, Camellias, Crape Myrtles, Gardenias, Hydrangeas, Japanese Maple Trees, Perennial Plants, Roses, Shrubs & Bushes, Snowball Bushes, Tea Olive, and Viburnums.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this occurs.

Refund Timeline:

  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items:

  • We will arrange for replacement plants to be shipped at no additional cost

Exchange Policy

For eligible non-plant items (such as gardening tools or accessories):

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error
  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return

For customers outside the United States, please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
