Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Important Plant Policy: Due to their perishable nature, live plants cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This includes all plants in our collection: Azaleas, Boxwood, Camellias, Crape Myrtles, Gardenias, Hydrangeas, Japanese Maple Trees, Perennial Plants, Roses, Shrubs & Bushes, Snowball Bushes, Tea Olive, and Viburnums.
